Jamie Giuliani received her B.A. in American Literature and Theatre from George Mason University. She has performed with the GMU Players and AFYP Stages. Film credits include Haze and Guns n’ Grams (currently in production). She has been teaching with A Class Act: Acting for Young People and Adults since 2009, and is thrilled to share her experience and knowledge with students of TCK. Jamie finds her job teaching theatre extremely rewarding because she sees each student’s personal growth, as both a person and a performer, first hand. Jamie has taught ages four through eighteen; and believes every age group benefits from studying the performing arts.
Ron Stephens comes out of a semi-retirement to teach again - an activity he enjoys more than any other! Ron has a master’s degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, and during his career has been a teacher, department head, vice-principal, principal, head of school, and tutor - as well as a dramatist, creative writer, artistic director of a theatre company and ordained priest with an active volunteer ministry in Warrenton, VA. He has developed and taught courses in University in Creative dramatics, directed more than 35 dramatic plays and musicals, and had lead acting roles in 10 productions. Both his plays (The Stone Angel and The Best of Times) have had successful runs in Canada. He is also a trained singer and has sung professionally - though now his greatest joy is in the solo concert that he brings around to senior citizen homes in the area. He looks forward to teaching at Treehouse and developing exciting new acting and production programs.
